"I was fortunate to find the Physio Room a few years ago when I was recovering from knee surgery and trying to run again without knee pain. Dr. Chris helped me get back to running through identifying areas to work on, especially glute activation and strength, and helped alleviate pain through manual therapy and dry needling.
